What is FUMi?

FUMi («A Space to be») is a nicotine pouch brand from Helix Sweden. The pouches contain no tobacco: nicotine, plant-based fibres, and flavours are packed into white Slim pouches that sit under the upper lip and remain discreet in everyday life. The focus is on intense flavour combinations - from crisp mint to tangy, refreshing fruit profiles.

Compared with traditional tobacco snus, All White Pouches generally do not stain the teeth and typically leak less. If you want to compare Snus types in general, you can also find our overview of All White Snus.

All White vs. traditional Snus - the difference

Traditional Snus is based on tobacco (Original Portion, White Portion, White Dry Portion). All White Pouches such as FUMi contain no tobacco. Instead, nicotine is combined with a plant-based fibre matrix and flavours. This often feels cleaner and more discreet:

• no typical tobacco staining on teeth or fingers
• less leakage (drip) than with many moist tobacco portions
• no chewing or spitting required
• Flavour takes centre stage - with FUMi, especially mint, berry, and fruit

This clearly makes FUMi one of the tobacco-free Nicotine Pouches / All White Snus products.

How to use FUMi Snus / Nicotine Pouches

The application is deliberately simple. Follow these steps:

1. Open the can and take out a fresh Slim pouch. Carefully close the can again so that the remaining pouches do not dry out.
2. Shape the pouch slightly - briefly press it between your thumb and index finger so that it sits comfortably under your lip.
3. Place it under the upper lip, ideally slightly to one side (left or right). Avoid pressing it centrally against the gums if you want to prevent irritation.
4. Leave it in place. The nicotine is absorbed through the oral mucosa. There is no need to chew, suck, or spit.
5. Remove the pouch as soon as the flavour or effect fades, or when you've had enough. Dispose of the used pouch in the bin - not down the toilet.

How long does a FUMi pouch stay under the lip?

Most users leave Nicotine Pouches in place for around 20 to 45 minutes. The ideal duration depends on strength, moisture sensation, and personal tolerance. If you experience unpleasant burning, nausea, or dizziness, remove the pouch immediately and drink something.

When does the effect begin?

Often within just a few minutes. Mint varieties often feel «present» more quickly because the cooling sensation is additionally noticeable. Ultra-Strong varieties have a more intense effect – especially if you are not yet accustomed to high mg values.

Important usage information

• For oral use only under the lip – do not swallow, do not chew, and do not use in the nose.
• For adults only (18+). Nicotine is addictive.
• Do not use multiple pouches at the same time while you are still assessing the strength.
• Close the can tightly after use and store it in a dry place.

Finding the right FUMi strength

For every FUMi variety, you can see the nicotine content in mg/g and mg per pouch, as well as the scale (e.g. 4/5, 5/5, 6/5).

• mg/g = nicotine content per gram of pouch contents – useful for comparing varieties.
• mg per pouch = the actual amount of nicotine in an individual slim pouch – practical for everyday use.

Typical in the current Snushus EU range:

• 4/5 (Strong) – approx. 11.4 mg/g and around 8 mg per pouch: the strong everyday level for most fruit and fruit-mint varieties.
• 5/5 – 15.7 mg/g and 10.3 mg per pouch: e.g. Freezy Mint AW, noticeably stronger than many fruit varieties.
• 6/5 (Ultra Strong) – 21.4 mg/g and 15 mg per pouch: only for experienced users, currently available in Freezy Mint Ultra Strong and Spearmint Ultra Strong.

Tip for choosing: If you are not yet sure what you need, start with 4/5 fruit varieties or Freezy Mint AW (5/5). Only try Ultra Strong once you already tolerate high strengths.

Each can contains 20 slim pouches with a 14 g net weight. Tiered prices decrease from 10, 40 and 80 cans.

Choose your flavour: mint or fruit?

At Snushus EU, FUMi is broadly divided into two worlds:

• Mint / Cooling – crisp, fresh, often more intense in the mouth. Good if you want a cool kick.
• Fruit / Berries – from tart and crisp to dark and berry-rich. Often more varied in flavour progression than pure mint.

Hybrid varieties such as Minty Blueberry or Watermelon Mint combine both: fruit first, followed by a fresh aftertaste.

All FUMi products at Snushus EU come in the Slim format. Slim pouches are narrower than classic Large-/Regular portions, sit more discreetly under the upper lip and are well suited for the office, car or when out and about. Unlike Original Portions with tobacco, they remain white and look visually unobtrusive.

Storage and freshness

To preserve the flavour and consistency:

• Close the can firmly after each use
• Store in a cool, dry place - not in direct sunlight or in a hot car
• Do not leave opened cans half-full for months; fresh products taste clearer
